Who Are You? II

Once you begin to figure out who you are as a teacher (those things you’re comfortable with, that energize you), things will get easier. You’ll find yourself now drawn to certain kinds of lessons because you know they fit your natural style. And you’ll do fewer things that do not fit. Which means fewer classroom disasters. (Although one of those every once in a while is not all bad.)

As things continue to improve, you’ll gain something called confidence, which is huge in a classroom.
